Brief the operation
Name the exchange, set the budget, add your agents, and keep certain pairs apart with exclusions.
Run the draw
Every agent is assigned a target, in secret. Nobody sees the full list. Not even you.
Deliver the briefings
Each agent gets a Mission Briefing by email, with their target, the budget, place and time.
Know every briefing landed
Delivery is reported agent by agent, so you can see that every briefing was accepted, and resend any that weren't. No more asking around to find out whether everyone got their assignment.
